for teenage girls
We run the program in 4 week blocks.
In Term 3, the program will run Sat 1 Aug - Sat 22 Aug, and Sat 29th Aug - Sat 19th Sep.
HeARTy Sistas is a mindful art group for teenage girls. It is about creating a fun, relaxed and social space for girls to express themselves through art. We explore mediums such as painting, collage, textiles and tie dye.
HeARTy Sistas is an exciting collaboration between Art is Alive and ARTPOD. The studio is a regularly cleaned and hygienic space where we adhere to Covid-related protocols. We value your safety.
All HeARTy Sistas workshops are facilitated by local Mosman Park artist and transpersonal art therapist, Sarah Wray.
This is an art and wellness program. We provide a safe and non-judgmental space to casually explore wellbeing themes with the girls, including self-care, emotional awareness, ‘What lights you up?’ and ‘When do you feel most free?’
Cost: $210 / 4 week block or $380 / 8 weeks
